Church Mutual call center named one of nation’s best
MERRILL — Church Mutual Insurance Co.’s national customer service center has been ranked among the top 25 in America by BenchmarkPortal, the company announced Thursday.
Church Mutual, with headquarters in Merrill, was ranked between 11 and 25 among service groups of five to 100 full-time employees in Benchmark’s annual Top 100 Call Centers Contest.
The contest drew more than 500 submissions from the United States and Canada.
